Very sad to hear about the passing of Christian music artist, Mandisa. I've listened to 'Overcomer' many times. Just found out that she sang backup on 'Let Freedom Ring' which Dad re-recorded in 2003. RIP Mandisa,the heavenly choir gained another beautiful voice.-CD Jr.

Mandisa, although we never met or had one interaction, your gentle spirit and affectionate heart was evident through your incredible gift of music. May you rest in the arms of Christ Jesus the one you sang so passionately for. #Overcomer

K-LOVE Her song “Overcomer”, was so uplifting for our daughter when she was fighting terminal cancer. My husband bought her a ring that said “Overcomer” on it. This is sad.
