Having supported unpaid carers and been one myself, I know first hand the vital role they play - and the utmost recognition and respect they deserve.

This is so scary. I only work very part time because I'm not well enough to work full time. But I can only do that as I have a role that allows me to be flexible & build in recovery time. I would love to work more but unfortunately illness & disability doesn't work like that.
