Never assume a person’s pronouns, try to get into the habit of asking, this makes a huge difference to our trans and non-binary Scouts. At ScoutsCymru all staff and Team Cymru volunteers are encouraged to proudly display their pronouns on their email signatures. #PronounsDay

This evening our initial recruitment to the ScoutsCymru Inclusion Team was completed with recommendations to appoint 12 volunteers into our core teams: • Training & Resources • Extending Reach • Widening Participation So excited to have sent emails to successful candidates!

Really powerful session this evening where ScoutsCymru hosted NEVILLE LAWRENCE who spoke with Scouts from across Wales. I loved one of his opening remarks “The change that we need comes from the younger generation” and encouraging us never to take ‘No’ for an answer! Diolch!
