Yesterday my train from Euston - Liverpool Lime Street got cancelled so I had to get a later train. The train was over capacity and a fight broke out between two drunk men. The alarm was raised on several occasions and no one came. Appalling 😡trainline Avanti West Coast

Living alone; although can be lonely at times, is one of the best things I did for myself, you genuinely learn to love your own company and appreciate yourself in general. I highly recommend.

This week our arts and wellbeing development programme, Black Girl Blues, came to an end. Over the past few months, we have been facilitating weekly sessions with a group of 13-14 year olds exploring various arts practices as tools for increasing their wellbeing and confidence.

The programme was co-created by Natasha Brown and abigail maria sol, and produced by Georgia Dodsworth (she/her). It's been an amazing experience, and we're so proud of how much the group developed key skills and bonded with each other.

Thank you to Dais Hale 🦞 for supporting our ACE application, Arts Council England for funding the programme, and Bloomsbury Books UK & Square Peg Books for the generous in-kid support. Thank you also to the brilliant guest artists who shared their expertise with our group.💥
