It was wonderful to welcome one of our volunteers, Ged back to the centre today after completing a very personal challenge.

Ged was delighted to show us a beautiful certificate to show that she completed the 100km trek across Spain, whilst raising £670 to support local women.

Princess Anne visited Sefton Carers Centre last week to celebrate its 30th anniversary. She visited to officially open the centre back in 1994 - congratulations to our Partner!

Tomorrow the lovely Tina is back with us for our Women's Wellbeing group, so come along for a cuppa, a catch up and some meditation and relaxation 🧘‍♀️💜
