🍺I am so excited that my first paper is online (nature.com/articles/s4159…)! Joint profiling of histone modifications and transcriptome are critical to understand the active or repressive gene regulatory network. We therefore develop Droplet Paired-Tag,

Ancient question with a new twist! Check our new study by Schüle, Weckerle et al. authors.elsevier.com/c/1hekh5Sx5gtx… showing how TBX TFs Eomes&Brachyury specify cell lineages during gastrulation in a sequence. Eomes first dominates over Brachyury which only acts once Eomes left the scene.
