促請英國政府信守承諾 讓蘇格蘭港人安居樂業 英國正就 Settlement/ILR 諮詢並研究加門檻／延長年期。@thehkscots 已完成調查，並於 2/12 去信內政大臣 @ShabanaMahmoodmp 提出 6 項建議：

1) #禁追溯：新要求不得追溯套用已在英港人。 2) 凍結入息＋英語門檻：維持現行最低水平（不早於 2024/1）。 3) 維持 5 年定居路徑：涵蓋 BN(O) 及其他港人路線；不得延長。 4) 把 ILR 視為經濟刺激：保持路徑順暢，促 MPF 等資金回流英國。

5) 保障各路線港人：含公約難民、人道保護、尋求庇護、技術移民等。 6) 免額外 IHS：完成 5 年居留申請定居，不應再加醫療附加費。 報告 PDF thehongkong.scot/wp-content/upl…
