Today is #WorldMentalHealthDay . Our #mentalhealth , just like our physical wellbeing, is a universal human right.
Today, we'll share a variety of ways that #physicalactivity , spending with others and immersing yourself in #nature can support positive mental wellbeing.
✨ Well done to Westhill & Elrick Community Council who completed the first of two #IanFindlayPathFund supported projects in June. They upgraded a 480m stretch of the Westhill Orbital Trail that was rough and prone to flooding making the trail usable for #EverydayJourneys 🚶
Bob has been an Upland Path Manager with National Trust for Scotland for the last 20 years but like us all - he had to start somewhere, find out about the route Bob followed and see if he has any advice for those of you starting out in conservation at c-js.uk/3OFNju5
