✅The Scottish Government Cladding Remediation Bill has passed stage 3 in @scotparl.
🛠️The Bill will give new powers to assess and remediate buildings with unsafe cladding and allows for the creation of a Responsible Developers Scheme and Cladding Assurance Register.
