We are off to the Summer isles on the 18th and will be joining North West Highland Beach cleans and Tanera to tackle some marine litter hotspots. There will also be a family friendly event on the 20th. Get in touch if you are interested in joining us for the weekend or Saturday.

Had a brilliant day St Martins RCPS yesterday delivering the Marine Conservation Society 'Protecting Scotland's seas' workshop. So much enthusiasm about marine conservation from all the children!

Thank you to the volunteer who joined us today at Newburgh beach - together staff and our volunteer removed 5kg of litter.
As this event was impacted by the weather we will be running another clean on the 26th Jan!

Just incredible what Turning the Plastic Tide has achieved!

Back to doing some washed up creel removal (this lot washed up over Christmas). 25 recovered but the rest are pretty buried, so will need to find another way to haul them out. Unfortunately all the creels are completely destroyed & there no buoys left to identify the owners.
