Hope it will be helpful!! Here is our detailed sample prep using HPF and FS for TEM, FIB-SEM and chemical imaging!! protocols.io/view/cryo-fixa… Long term collaboration with Johan Decelle Schoehn Guy and Institut de Biologie Structurale
Really great that this is finally happening! So much preparation by so many people, thank you Anna Bieber, Cristina Capitanio, Christoph Kaiser, Johann Brenner, Oda Schiøtz, Hannah Kugler, David Klebl, Matthias Pöge, Hui Guo, Eva Sartorius & Inga Wolf! 1/3
First plankton sample in Naples! Samplers were first briefed on CTD operation and net deployment. With the support of the Advanced Mobile Lab, researchers discovered the complexity and variety of the samples quickly after the sampling! 📸Schwab Yannick, Michael Bonadonna /EMBL
Volume Imaging Australia and Microscopy Australia Microscopy Australia are very happy to invite Dr Chris Hall from ANSTO Australian Synchrotron for an online webinar. Chris will update on current volume imaging at the AS and explain what’s next. Register here: micro.org.au/events/webinar…
1) Remarkable. Apart from some Beroe cucumis I saw in the water yesterday (my nets caught none), there were virtually no zooplankton in my fine or coarse net samples, just a few cladocera, bipinnaria & copepod nauplii. Is it me? Here's a video of Beroe from last year ZEISS Microscopy
