Alongside 13 of my colleagues from the Lake Region Economic Bloc (LREB), we are currently attending the 10th LREB Summit at Ciala Resort in Kisumu County. The theme for the summit is "Laying the foundation for sustainable utilization of shared resources.

Currently- together with FCPA Fernandes Barasa, OGW- we are attending the Azimio la Umoja One Kenya Coalition retreat for Governors and Deputy Governors in Naivasha chaired by the Rt. Hon. The Raila Odinga Amolo Foundation. Also present is Martha Karua, Kalonzo Musyoka and @GovWOparanya

I'm pleased with the status of Matete level 4 Hospital, It is well equipped with drugs and hygiene standards have been maintained. We shall soon be upgrading Malava Level 4 Hospital to Level 5 after properly equipping the facility and deploying more health workers.

This evening as leaders from Kakamega County, we had a meeting with the President of the Republic of Kenya Dr. William Ruto. We deliberated on how best we should cooperate with the National government under the leadership of Dr. Ruto to achieve more for the benefit of the people.
