It's simple, really: Front of package labels should be MANDATORY; They should not require cognitive processing, rather they should tell you what to eat as little as possible of, and what to eat as much as possible of; Multiple labels on the same item, not a good idea.

So useful to see all of the (observational) evidence on ultra-processed foods together in one place. One could imagine that the evidence on each specific outcome could be disputable... but taken together, it looks overwhelming. Clearly desirable not to eat these products.
