Feeling privileged for undertaking the Professional Nurse Advocate (PNA) training at Middlesex University, I hope I can master the restorative clinical supervision skills with time, so that I can support my team members to feel valued, appreciated and improve their wellbeing.

New role as Neonatal Practice Educator at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust this week. I’m so excited and looking forward to making a difference and positive contributions to education of staff

I just completed Quality Improvement leader course at Imperial College NHS Trust. I am excited to lead new improvement projects along with my colleagues, hoping to motivate my team to think of continuous improvement in everything that we do for our patients and families🌸

Finding it hard to believe that supporting staff to learn and develop, is becoming such a big issue for some nurses. These attitudes need to be challenged to foster positive culture.
