Obviously violence, vandalism, and acts of civil disobedience will lead to arrests (and should), but I'll never get over how many people are angrier at the protestors than they are at this kind of response. Same with Kent State. Much of the country saw that and thought, good.

Note the omninous reconstitution of the Israeli state: seamless integration of state military forces with terrorist paramilitary cells led by right-wing religious fanatics. This is the very hallmark of fascism. And we are in the early stages of a similar development here in US.
