It’s always a pity when journalists (I use that word lightly here) have no integrity. How any member of the public can put their trust in these people is beyond me.

My credit card statement is charged for the flights direct by KLM and I need an invoice for that transaction to submit my insurance claim, but nothing provided by KLM actually notes the price paid, just saying For Fait (promotional fare). No help at all from KLM

Also KLM cancelled my flights to Costa Rica (didn't notify me... fine, I was checking) but they have bizarrely rebooked me on just one leg, return from Atlanta to London but no other legs! How does that make sense?
