Check out my #PhD work Cell Reports. Through #singlecell #RNA sequencing, we discover an adipogenic regulatory cell type (Areg) in the skeletal #muscle that controls fat turnover. Huge implications for dystrophy patients that nearly have Aregs anymore. doi.org/10.1016/j.celr…

Check out our latest publication where Nefele Giarratana et al. identified "guide" cells - a subset of vessel-associated cells by #scRNAseq. Guide cells are able to improve myogenic differentiation without fusing with newly formed fibers. Impressive, isn't it?! pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/33669272/
