Great move by AACR, providing a research manuscript automatically sent for external peer review for reviewers of at least 3 manuscripts on AACR journals. I hope more journals will consider this incentive. The current model of solely kindness-based peer review is unsustainable.

Great referral from our UTSW Gastroenterology Fellowship group. Rectal polyp thought to have at least JNET 2b features. Final Path: Mod diff adenocarcinoma w/ shallow submucosal invasion & negative margins Although not large, close exam suggested need for en bloc & had major impact on patient outcome!
