Mayfly report from the lower Flint River. Heavy storms appeared to have suppressed emergence. Alligators are flossing with our traps. Dragonflies love to use them for emergence. There is beauty out there, hope you find some. #ACFWaters

A female wingless #caddisfly (Dolophilodes distinctus) found yesterday! My first time finding this species was for my intro ento course a couple years ago with Steve Marshall (the course Morgan Jackson, PhD is teaching this year!).
