A close up of the globe reveals how the understanding of the continents had rapidly advanced in the last 4 decades or so. A close up of the books reveals that they are printed books. By 1500, some 50 yesrs after printing began, nearly 9 million books had been printed.

Achaemenes was said to be the ancestor of both Cyrus & Darius & the founder of the dynasty. "Achaemenid" comes his name. Achaemenes was the Greek rendering of Haxamanish (haxa: friend, manah: thinking power). In Old Persian, the dynasty was known as Haxamanishiya (Achaemenids).
