Was in a bit of a fuck it mood so decided to just go for it. Officially ran my first 5k. It's a treadmill run but I am so happy with this. When I started in the summer, I struggled to do a min of running. If I can do this, pretty much anyone can. (Injury & health withstanding)

Finally got all the presents wrapped and made some baked goods for tomorrow. After the week I have had, I didn't think I'd be ready for Christmas, but I am. Still can't live in my own home yet, but at least I can get festive.

A massive loss to the cycling community. I had the pleasure of meeting Gianni Savio several times during my career. He was always a happy and welcoming face. He was hugely popular wherever he went. RIP Gianni.
