Improvement in pain (knee), QoL and self-efficacy after exercise therapy and education was associated with 2-year knee and hip replacement surgery. Digital health interventions have shown some improvement in physical activity, physical function, depression, anxiety, and health-related quality of life for individuals with various chronic conditions.
