A very interesting presentation of Shari Pepplinkhuizen on inappropriate therapy in the PRAETORIAN trial presented at HRS 2022. No difference in total inappropriate shocks between the S-ICD and TV-ICD but underlying mechanism and predictors do differ. Heart Rhythm Society #HRS2022 #EPeeps #ICD
