SM North Fall Sports Tryouts begin on Monday, August 15. Participation packet (PPE, Concussion & Online verification) must be completed prior to first day of practice. SM North PTSA; SMN Booster Club; SMN Pep Club
A big THANK YOU to Tricia and American Public Square for their APS Civic Education Initiative. My students are having a blast and learning valuable information they will use while collaborating with peers from local schools to research and build their own APS style program.
Last week it was an honor to be invited by NICE Kansas City to attend their 2022 Annual Awards Luncheon along with 3 of my students. We loved connecting with NICE Board Member, Karl Ley and his colleagues from VanTrust Real Estate.
A big THANK YOU to Garmin for visiting SM North HS to share with seniors about a wonderful opportunity available where they begin gaining work experience during their last semester of high school and could lead to a full-time position with amazing benefits after graduation!!
Thank you KC Brick Store for lending bricks to my students so they could participate in the Lego #BuildToGive campaign. For each build shared, Lego will donate a set to kids in need with a goal of reaching 2 million sets! Check it out and join in on some fun community service!
