Sure everyone by now would have seen Sams interview in the record today. Still can’t get our heads round how people can get away with stuff like that. For all the good that can be done on line there is a real sinister side and more needs to be done by social media companies.

5 years ago former Falkirk player Chris Mitchell passed away. His memory lives on through Concerned Medics Foundation, who raise awareness and tackle mental health in football. Always in our thoughts

The work Max Kolbe do is nothing short of extraordinary and we have met some amazing and inspirational people through working with them so anything anyone can donate is appreciated
