This weekend, some of our Cadets from #Cornwall will be travelling up to the TCS London Marathon providing first aid cover and learning skills. We’ll keep you updated!

And our journey begins! We’ve just collected the first 6 cadets from #Exeter en route to the TCS London Marathon .. next stop #Bristol

Just left #Gloucester and have picked up all the cadets in the West Region. Next stop: London 🏃‍♀️🚑 #mySJAmarathon

Today, two of our Cadets Olivia and Eden are at the Looe Football Festival with District Youth Lead @MikeJ_999 , Area Manager Hayleigh Eglinton and Julie from Liskeard Unit. What a lovely day too 🌞

This evening at Saltash Cadets, Heather and her dog Ella from Guide Dogs kindly visited the unit to talk to them about various different aspects of living with a guide dog 🐶.. thank you very much Heather and Ella!

A busy weekend! 3 of the youth team from Cornwall visited Birmingham to gain their residential warrants to allow them to take cadets on residential courses. A long but enjoyable weekend! Time to relax

A big thank you to Elen Thomas from Cornwall Fire and Rescue Service for coming to #Saltash this evening to kick the Fire Prevention subject off with a great start!! The cadets got to hear a bit of an insight into being in the Fire Service and even got to try on a some of the gear!

Today, our Cadets from throughout the county are at Royal Cornwall Show assisting with providing first aid cover both in the treatment centres and out. If you see them out and about say hi 👋🏻 #WhatWestAreUpTo

We’re currently up at the national content writing weekend for the new youth programme being launched soon! 🎉 We’re looking at games on effective communication and did the good old blind fold walk. This was one of our #Devon colleagues. Couldn’t resist 😬🤷🏻‍♂️
