Birmingham North Twitter page is going to be a bit quieter after yesterday as we say farewell to Dan Conlon who is leaving is us to take up the role as DESL in the North District. Thank-you Dan for everything to have done for us and your amazing support!

It’s always great to see Units growing especially where our SJA Birmingham North Badgers and Cadets are involved. A great visit to Handsworth last night and then onto Birmingham Central to see what the adults were learning about too!

Great to visit another couple of SJA Birmingham North Youth and Adult Units tonight to see what they are up to. The best bit of being an AM is to see how well these units are really developing with some amazing leaders. #StJohnPeople

Super proud that the fundraising efforts of SJA Birmingham North means we have another public access defib in the area. This one is on the building we rent from Malcolm Piper and Co in Bham. We hope you never need to use one but happy that this is available to the community just in case!

Yesterday we had 43 St John Ambulance England volunteers attend #AstonVilla on a very wet day. They were faced with floods, road closures, public transport issues and everything else but these #StJohnPeople made sure they got there. A big shout of to the 7 Cadets who made it to!
