Amazing customer support by PostHog so far, and I’m on their free tier. Most bugs fixed within 48 hours. (I’m on the free tier)

Really liking PostHog’s fresh attitude towards product analytics, but it seems that the product (at least the hosted solution) is still buggy. Even submitting a bug report is buggy.

Announcing uv: an extremely fast Python package installer and resolver, written in Rust.

uv is designed as a drop-in alternative to pip, pip-tools, and virtualenv.

With a warm cache, uv installs are near-instant. Here, it's > 75x faster than pip and pip-tools.

But the images look horrible on my iPhone 12 and pretty much any retina screen.

It’s been 4 days since I contacted Heroku Heroku Dev Center about a critical issue: they’ve been running a zombie worker on my app, and it’s the SCHEDULER dyno. Every background job is duplicated. They replied with “looking into this” 3 days and have done absolutely nothing since

Ah, of course: resolve() itself is raising the 404. I guess I’m calling before Django has the chance to add the slash there…

Found the culprit: calling resolve() inside the middleware prevents the slash from being added automatically. But why? 🤔
