Why is LIUNA sending mailers to H2B workers encouraging them to vote? H2B workers are non-citizens and are ineligible to vote. Numerous employers report that all their workers received this mailer.

Then you must also align with him on H-2B which his companies use (almost every MAL worker is an H2B worker) and has repeatedly publicly defended. Can’t have it both ways.

This is a major difference between the H1B and H2B programs. H2B workers are paid the Level 3 wage which is the average wage for the occupation. H2B workers do not undercut the labor market - in fact - since most of the jobs are entry level jobs, they raise wages for U.S. workers
