This past week Liberty Elementary wrapped up #AutismAwarenessMonth by celebrating all of our differences with several fun educational activities! Hopefully we all learned a lot about our friends with Autism.

Funtimes today Liberty Elementary when Mishawaka HS Senior Student Council members came for a visit! They all did a super job reading to our primary students and answering questions for our 6th graders as they prepare to transition to John Young Middle! Thanks MHS and MJB PURDUE 78!

K-3 Field Day was a success despite the blazing heat! Students played hard and stayed hydrated then cooled off with a nice afternoon treat! Big kids tomorrow!!

Night custodian, Bruce Reidenbach, Jr. Beiger Elementary was left a wonderful surprise from Mrs. Bansback's 4th grade class...each student wrote a special note of gratitude for Mr. Bruce and left the notes on their desks w/special treats. What kind & selfless gestures by the students!

The youth cheerleaders are hosting a clothing and food drive for the food pantry. They will be collecting items at the MFL Championship this Saturday if you would like to donate.

Huge shoutout to Orchestra Director, Mr. AJ Diller, and our amazing orchestra students on tonight’s concert.
