Yesterday evening started with a pit stop at the tasty fry where the server told me far too much about my training teams dietary habits (clearly, i was in for a salad!). Then onto Tyndrum and Killin to discuss issues on RDS and future recruitment. Good honest conversations!

Only 7% of Scotland’s firefighters are women. On tonight’s STV News, we take a trip to Campbeltown - a fire station that’s bucking the trend, where more than a quarter of the team are female. Scottish Fire and Rescue Service tell us why they want to recruit more women to work in the service.
