Fellowship is an honor It’s an honor that someone chooses to spend time with you. Time is limited, energy is limited, it’s one of life’s true honors when good people give their time and energy to you. Treat your friendships like the honor they are. Give. Check in. Don’t be lazy

If you can run an Ironman, compete on stage, or earn a black belt, But Can’t put the phone down for a day, have a real conversation with your spouse, or hug and be there for a friend in need, Your medals and trophies mean nothing. You have much more important work to do.

Never has the lesson of aligning actions and values been stronger to me than being on the consumer side with an organization who is falling short. If you say you are customer focused, but have policies without flexibility for the individual customer, you’re missing the point.
