Mr. André Bucyana was officially welcomed today as the new Secretary General of RLRC. The handover ceremony, chaired by Vice Chairperson Burayobera Bibiane, marked the end of Mr. Gatera Raymond’s service as Acting SG. The new SG urged staff to stay committed and results-oriented.
