Giving the opening remarks on behalf of the Vice Chancellor; Mrs Françoise K. Tengera, the University of Rwanda DVC for Finance appreciated forum partners for their commitment and underlined Rwanda's ambitious target to have in place the efficient cooling systems. #ACESForum2023
