You can’t put a price on family life – but that’s exactly what the Government is trying to do. Yesterday, I spoke in my colleague Paul Blomfield MP’s debate on why the Government should rethink the prohibitive financial barriers they have put on visas for spouses.

It isn't that no one in Government can imagine having family that wish to move here, it's simply that they cannot imagine having family who wish to move here that couldn't afford these astronomical costs. As Olivia Blake MP says, they understand 'the value of nothing' 👏
