My motion on #DisabilityJustice has just been passed by the Dáil. The motion called for the scrapping of the means test for disability payments and a living income for disabled people and I will be insisting that this is now factored into the planning of the next Budget.

Govt indicating that they may vote for my motion on Disability Justice tonight. I see this as a cynical ploy to avoid being seen in a poor light. But if Govt vote to scrap means test for disability payments they can expect to come under real pressure to include that in the Budget
