When I lived in Denver, I went to Red Rocks to work out (not like this). It's like working out in the world's most beautiful outdoor cathedral with the smell of stale beer.

The Edmonton Oilers just had the crowd sing the Canadian National Anthem for game 3 of the Stanley Cup. It was AWESOME. I've never seen that before.

The only thing worse than having baseball players run a timed mile, is having hockey players do it. They have 45 seconds to a minute per shift where they sprint the majority of the time. Neither sport has slow, long distance aspects to it. Why train that way?

I've been lucky enough to coach Aaron Moss for a few summers now. Incredible young man, leader, teammate, and baseball player. Future is very bright. Congrats!

So college players should stay loyal to their college, if not, they're selfish. But if a coach leaves after playing for a natty, it's all good and the reporter is selfish. He's going to make millions. Players will likely go into debt and have only a short window to play the game
