You may have seen the construction of the big observatory with it's rolling roof but it is no more! It wasn't being used & wasn't needed. It was very vulnerable to high winds so we deconstructed it & made a very nice viewing platform! It's been a big success.

Having a spring clean here Daniel Verschatse & holding an astro carboot towards the end of Aug/early Sept. Selling some of our bigger scopes that are no longer used. We will have them all cleaned and serviced first and will advertise individually on here before the event.

What a lovely job on a wet late October afternoon. Collected fresh herbs and hung in bouquets in the kitchen. Smells wonderful and will be used thru winter.
