Everything about Haldane's body language here shows why he's not fit to lead the RSA. He's not remotely interested in social change, he just wants to leave a legacy. Of course his legacy at this rate will be destroying a 270 year old institution. So that's cool.

RSA management have been attacking the union with moves straight out of the union busting playbook.

Instead of resolving the dispute, Andy Haldane and co are briefing the press saying that the voice of RSA staff isn't to be trusted.

In late 2023 the London Central Employment Tribunal ruled that The RSA had illegally dismissed a worker for reasonable union activity.

But they say it is 'vexatious and unjust' for others to point to the case as an example of the org unfairly singling out unionised staff? 🤔
