I’m having a pretty tough week. But I’ve just powered through Rural Concerns Pod and laughed so hard at Chris Cantrill in the latest episode it’s made things a bit easier.

The things we do to care for one another are too often written off something negligible to the economy but @Hannanruth reminded us that “Care contributes to the economy… we have to start thinking of it as an investment in us” - an investment in the relationships we hold dear.

To act on this, we need to acknowledge we all have or will have a relationship with care. Through this lens, centring care in the economy is an investment in all of us.
