Never comfy using my platforms to vent or moan, but Vodafone UK ..really? Texting me with new bill increases & bribing me with a DD option? Having been fleeced before by your DD scheme lifting ridiculous amounts no, no & no! In this current climate give your customers a break!
Once again, Virgin Media ❤️ customer service is anything but! How can an automated msg repeating the same blah all day be considered help! “Our engineer is working on it” is no update, & now your “offices” are closed??! Please consider a 24/7 helpline for a 24/7 area status issue!

Bit surprised to see the self service checkout barrier dividers now no longer in place at Sainsbury's , questionably as all other cashier desks were still surrounded in full protective guard! Surely all shoppers should be safely considered?
