In the grocery store today buying butter. Grabbed a European brand that was on sale. Good thing I looked at it before paying. Cream, salt and natural flavors. Why do we need to add "natural flavors'' to butter?!?

Asthma attack yesterday. I had been flaring all day, and someone in a 5ft radius was using hand sanitizer. Instant wheezing. Then, I got an unexpected bill and broke out in a rash. How are you calming down your nervous system?

Spent Easter isolated from the family after I started wheezing when the Clams Oreganata were brought out. MCAS sucks. Trying very hard to get my family to understand that I really can't be in a room with wheat anymore. It's extremely frustrating.
