Oh that's way more than two years now. Unless you count Action4Canada's dismissals as "wins".

At this point, all "outstanding" cases are stale-dated. Even if a competent lawyer were to redraft Action4Canada, Adelberg, Dorceus, etc... the 2 year limitation period would exclude new claims from being introduced within. All his "freedom cases" are completely DOA.

There's more.

What kind of lawyer would allow their client to put this incredible ethical and privacy breach in writing? Under oath! Hey Peel Regional Police, do you guy handle privacy complaints, or should I be bringing this to the attention of the feds? The officer wont retaliate, right?

Here's an interesting tidbit from the Bridle docs. Two days after the cop gets the contents of the production order identifying a second 'suspect', Bridle conveniently submits a harassment complaint about that same subject...providing justification for the next production order.

Even more interesting? That e-mail doesn't come from his University of Guelph address like all of his other correspondence. It comes from a ProtonMail account and references Rocco casually, by first name. I wonder if Bridle even wrote that complaint?

Also keep in mind, if you're a litigant, you paid *twice*. Once to bring these useless lawsuits and once through your tax dollars for the judges' and crown attorneys' time. The lawyers are the only ones that got paid. What a shame and what a waste.
