Finished Tunic, a game in which Zelda and Outer Wilds is morphed into one. There are so many secrets and deeper meanings to discover and I believe not even everything is discovered yet. 100% recommend this to anyone who are into these type of games.

Self-help does not work since they only focus on getting an outcome by using their tips. Without teaching how YOU deal with the costs to actually get an outcome, by being able to regulate your behaviour without a reward. The best masters teach you how to be your own master.

One of the reasons Ive had such an improved Smash mindset is due to my sessions with Cogni. Hes helped me understand myself better and get to know why I feel frustrated or unsatisfied with my game. Its been amazing to get to push against my doubts, highly recommend him!

People often live a hedonic lifestyle. The pursuit of immediate pleasure and avoidance of pain. This leads in the long-term to unhappiness. People should focus on a eudaimonic lifestyle: authenticity, meaning and growth. This leads to sustainable motivation and fulfillment.

I feel this lately: be mindful who you ask advice for. If you feel you can't make a decision or need help, think through how that person can make things more clear to you. Otherwise others will only cloud your judgment. To build self-confidence is to be your own decision maker.
