Fantastic news, Playing Out Play Streets scheme has come to Manchester. ❤❤
We’re really looking forward to this webinar. Sadly we don’t have any #SchoolStreets to look forward to in Manchester since our active neighbourhood got paused, and Manchester City Council don’t seem to support the concept Angeliki Stogia @GarryBridges ? But we hope to convince them!
🚶🏾♀️ Department for Transport has opened its consultation on #pavementparking in England. This is our chance to finally put an end to it. Take action and respond to the consultation ➡️ e-activist.com/page/65594/pet…
A rare drive today into MCR & delighted to see a group of young boys, 7-8 of them, cycling, smiling, chatting in the A56 pop up lane. When it’s safe enough for a 12 year old to use independently you’ve done it right. Nice one Trafford Council. Make it permanent?
1st of our local School Street trials today - wonderful to see children enjoying their journey from school safe🚶🏽♀️🚲🛴on #SchoolStreet - thank you to volunteers & Manchester City Council officers & councillors, let’s get going on more trials here & schools across our area #ActiveJourneys
