Huge Bruins fan. But this game has felt like a loss before it even started. Boston looks way to vulnerable all over the ice. Florida looks calm and in control of their game. I would be shocked if this game isn’t already over.

Boston deserved to lose game 7. Credit to Florida for executing a game plan and taking advantage of a wounded animal. Boston couldn’t execute a pass for 40 min. No urgency in overtime whatsoever. Just waiting to lose the game.

One of my biggest pet peeves is incorrectly spelling someone’s name. It’s disrespectful, take the time to double check. “Jessie” isn’t and never will be my name. #HappyCanadaDay

Is Matthew’s one of the best players in the NHL? Yes. Does he deserve to make 13+ million a year in Toronto? Yes. But imagine what the locker room would be like if your team superstar shows up day one for camp extending for like 11.5 million…

It isn’t difficult to see which players are chasing the stat sheet, they cheat nonstop, reluctant to engage in battles, overhandle pucks, stay on the ice way too long and are selfish on the power play, they’re skilled but if they just played the right way, the points would come

Coaches – If your players are late for a meeting and you get upset, what are they supposed to do if you are late? Demonstrate the behaviors you want in your program – be on time, have a plan, and execute it.

Rory is a very good golfer. However he has developed a pattern of becoming unglued while in contention on Sundays. It’s tough to watch. Golf can become very difficult once one’s in their own head.

Consistency is the key to great feedback, but do not use sarcasm or make it personal. As a leader, the fastest way to lose the trust of your team is to lose their respect.

Great leaders must have a connection to those they lead. They must have high standards, drive regular accountability, and consistent feedback.
