Huge thank you to Ghaz for awarding me most improved on the season! I started 9 games at Right tackle having never played the position before, started practicing there 2 weeks before the season started, and ended up winning 2nd team all leauge at that position. Loved

If your 16 YO athlete isn’t willing to wake up 15-min earlier to grab water, some protein and carbs for breakfast let alone put together some backpack snacks for their day they really don’t care about getting stronger or improving as an athlete. You can’t earn that D1
