- Saddam would have annexed Kuwait
- Slobodan Milošević would have committed unchecked genocide
- Much, if not all, of Ukraine would be Russia
These anti-war students aren't anti war, they are pro war, just for the other

Investing time and money into a business and generating a return on those years of effort: “Bad! Must tax more!”

Passively riding the government-induced real estate wave on your principal residence and generating an equal return: “Nothing to see here.”

That's wrong.

Publicly traded companies that earn capital gains just had their tax rates go up.
