I spent the morning planting at Wichita State's community garden with Sean Wentling, President of WSU’s Green Group WSU Green Group. Sean will be a senior this fall, majoring in economics through Barton School of Business. Go Shockers! 🌱

.Rick Case and I were honored to host the community at the campus residence tonight for the Korva Coleman Journalism Fundraiser KMUW, which assists Wichita State Elliott School interns. Thank you, Korva for returning to Wichita and lending your support!

Recently Rick Case and I got to welcome participants and supporters of Herencia to the President's Residence. Herencia is a summer bridge program that helps high school seniors build confidence and prepare for life in college. These students have bright futures! #ShockersUp
