If you started the week getting your team to highlight and communicate their goals for this week.

Make sure in your 1:1 you are doing accountability

- are they on track / off track
- what are the road blocks
- where can you help

Also use some coaching questions to help them

An interesting read on companies not using AI in the hiring process mostly due to bias.

Bias is always there focus should be ways to reduce.
